I am so proud of the Awesome 4s who battled to the very end, with no subs!
We scored the first two goals from fantastic short corners, with Foley blasting them into the back of the net from Caroline's super accurate injection.

The Oppo got a couple back, but with the score 2-1 we held on to the last 15 minutes.
With no subs, it was hard going, but the awesome 4s played as a team, passed really nicely and accurately,. Helen, Martha and Izzy linked up some lovely passes and of course, we were all ready to receive Liannes' thumping passes.

The Oppo had a little terrier running around out there, so Sophie was tasked with keeping her under wraps, a job she took to exceptionally well.

Tabs had a busy afternoon but made some great saves and never gave up. Kerry was solid dealing with some tricky wingers.

Emily found great space in the corners and on the post. It was pure bad luck that she didn't score, but she definitely kept the pressure on the Oppo. A flurry of short corners saw Wycombe convert two and a sneaky last minute solo effort from the 'terrier' meant the scoreline flatters the oppo.

A great team effort on a beautiful, sunny, if not a little cold, day!
And a double whammy for Tracey, DOD (for not realising our socks had YHC on them!!) And MOM...
