Match Report: Ladies 2nd XI 7 Oct

We were lucky to have subs for the very warm, 3pm home game and lots of support on the sideline which we really appreciated.

Just like last week we made it tricky for ourselves and let an early goal in. But this gave us the fire and determination that we needed and we equalised with a goal finished off by KJ.

We had a good team talk at half time and restarted with all guns blazing. Mid way through the 2nd half, Milly scored our winning goal.

Amazing teamwork was indicated with votes for Clara, Jules, Alana, Amber, Carole and Lauren as well as the ultimate Player of the Match Milly.

Jules and Amber kept us entertained with their domino tumble on the pitch and Janette with her navy skort! But DoD this week was Victoria for her Cinderella impression when she lost her shoe!

So 2 weeks, both with a 2-1 win and no defensive short corners!
