This week, the ladies 2's took on Petersfield. Determined not to break their unbeaten run, they knew they would have to work and fight hard to stay on top!

It was a bit nippy to say the least, but this didn't stop Yateley doing what they seem to do best, which is to get an early goal to settle the captains nerves!

Shortly after, the Petersfield, came back with an equaliser (much to Yateley's shock), which made the reds even more determined to get another nerve settler before the half time whistle.

At half time, Yateley were 2-1 up - but not comfortable in the slightest, and knew they had to up the anti, wake up a bit and secure some more goals to add to the tally, which is exactly what they did...

Yateley finished 5-1 up, and remain top of the table.

Next week the ladies take on 2nd league position holders Havant 3a away, who are on the same points as Yateley, but we have a 5 goal lead... It's going to a really tough game, but confident we can get a positive result and bring home 3 points!
