The first half was a battle of perseverance and after a quick break and lapse of concentration from YHC, Gosport opened the scoring with a soft goal mouth scramble goal. YHC were soon to hit back and level it with a short corner conversion from Gem. The first half ended 1-1 with YHC definitely the better side.

After a ‘Mourinho style’ half time team talk from Jen C-G, YHC came out all guns blazing to storm the second half with 6...yes 6 goals! A short corner conversion from Gibbo and some slick play and deflections for Lynn, Gems and Lozza gave YHC a comprehensive 7-1 win over Gosport. The ladies are now going into next weeks game against Haslemere with confidence and morale at an all time high!
