The appointee will be responsible for all aspects of coaching at the club from the coaching of elite senior players to adults and children new to the sport.
The immediate priority will be to coach the Ladies & Mens 1st XI teams (Tuesday & Wednesday evenings)
You will be required to mentor all our club coaches, for Junior and Senior teams.

In the longer term we expect that the Director of Coaching will need to:
- Set and agree the strategic approach for coaching at the club;
- Develop and execute a plan for delivery of that strategy;
- Organise and deliver coaching interventions across all levels and sections i.e. men, women and juniors (working with current coaches, captains and managers) from 1st teams downwards;
