Back (to Hockey) with a vengeance

A fab first session of Back to Hockey was run by our resident Coach, South Masters & 1st team player, Ruth Sealey.

A friendly welcome, gentle warm up and the giggles began.... as well as the hockey!

There was a great blend of basic skills, friendly competition and a mini match. It managed to whet the appetite of this mix of ladies who are returning to Hockey from playing at school, uni or having babies!
