The girls took a while to get into the game, but from great teamwork within the inners and forwards we got the ball into the opposite third. Once in the D we made it a challenge for ourselves with plenty of opportunities, we just couldn’t get the ball in the back of the goal.

Short corner after short corner then came and still no goal. So Laura decided enough is enough and had a great strike into the back of the goal. This seemed to then spur everyone else on with goals coming in succession from Chantal and Caroline. We start as we mean to go on and back to winning ways.
