A frustrating and disappointing result for the Ladies 2nd XI this week. The first half finished 0-0 after lots of great attempts on goal. Unfortunately, even our goal machine, Janette, couldn't get any in the net.

Southampton 3s started the second half with an opportunistic 15 minutes resulting in 3 goals.

Yateley fought back well, sadly having a goal disallowed and several decisions which didn't go their way. There was some solace when Captain Lizzie Goodchild was able claw back one goal, but it was unfortunately too little, too late.

Player of the Match was a close run thing this week between Lizzie G, Lynn Hogg and, the ultimate winner, Hannah Hay.
